I find in cooking a place for relaxation. I feel inspired by colors and textures that turn into delightful flavors. Cooking for myself and for others, all bring joy to my life.

Very early in my childhood, I was inspired by the book 'Como Agua Para Chocolate' (Like Water for Chocolate). A love story about how Tita, the protagonist, founds a deep connection with food. Cooking represented a way to express her feelings in a challenging world for her.
