Working at a sustainable community has shaped my future career. At the Brooklyn Fashion Design Accelerator (BF+DA), I had an up-close and personal view of how emerging designers build their businesses in ethical and sustainable ways. Working as an Assistant to the Managing Director, I have implemented resources to better help resident designers by optimizing processes and experiences.
